The blood pressure had gone up after I took another medicine for a few months, which I stopped too. Now I am off all chemicals and hope to survive for another time with only me herbs ! Approaching 68. So far so good.

some time ago Midwestern Doctor had an article on statins. Good for nothing, do not work, have a lot of nice side effects, for the doctor that is, because than he can prescribe you some additional pills. Just a few days ago I read an article that the blood pressure pills I took shortly (losartan I think it was) had been known for several years to be polluted with something that causes cancer. Years ago a friend of mine was taking heart pills that had a recall. She says, what am I to do, they recall them but what happens if I stop taking them??? her doc told her to just go on with them. At least, she is still alive.
